Can cycling daily w/o any rest day be negative to one's body?

Hi everyone! Just got myself a new bike early this year after almost 3 years of 'hibernation'. February is the busiest for me. I've clocked 80km this month. Yeah it is very little to the pros. But, like i said, I'm just re-starting and slowly building my fitness. Nice to have found this tread. Btw, I'm from Malaysia. Peace!
