I weigh nearly everyday. If I'm up I'm irritated and its motivation to stay on track. If I'm down its positive reinforcement to keep on track. Strange I know but it seems to work for me.

I am a bottomless pit for about 5 days....bf does not get it..... I keep my macros in check but calories I don't worry about too much.....crest white strips, walks, baths, pretty much anything I can use to distract myself and remove food is helpful!

Fudgecicles are my go to chocolate fix. I'll have up to 4 of them and if I need something even more decadent I plan for it like others above have said (if you check my food diary you'll see I had four cake pops for breakfast the other day)......It is so difficult not to eat ALL THE THINGS though!

Same here....I laugh about it and still weigh myself but use it as motivation to tighten up even more and it pays off on the scale eventually!

Hey all! I'm 33 and have 40 lbs to go. I am up 30 from 2012 and need to lose that (again) and a few more. I got cocky and bailed on mfp. Lesson learned and now I'm back! Anyone is welcome to add me!

Logging prior to eating out. I look up and make a selection before I go. If left to my own choice while hungry I'm doomed. Same thing goes for bringing my lunch to work. If I don't and eat at work it's usually a bad idea and hard to track.
