43 and I like a good solid 8 hours.

I think WW is great. I don't know what their current plan is like but I still think it's a great program for many. Whatever works and someone can stick too, right? I think the meetings can be great for those people needing in-person community and if they like their leader. All that being said - I quit also after rejoining…

I've got the FitBit HR and I love it!!

I'm 5'3" and currently 170 with a goal of 140. Once I get to 140 then I'll re-assess to see if lower feels right (max end goal is 125). I thought I was 5'2" but my cousin measured me. :)

I was a Beachbody coach at one time and drank it. I liked it and agree it's packed with nutrition. Is it perfect? No. Is it expensive? Yes, very. You can find/make for cheaper. Perfect to me is eating as close to nature as I can. I prefer to save my $ and make my own shakes which I'll change up and vary each day as I'm…

So just so I understand correctly - you don't get access to all their programs when you subscribe to their On Demand? I'm most interested in PiYo and probably T25 at the moment. I own the DVD's for Chalean Extreme which I have just re-started now.

I'm totally the same as this! Logging in Happy Scale every day but only here if there's a loss.

Pretty sure it's not recommended to eat under 1200 calories though. You don't want your body to enter starvation mode because then it will hold on even more to fat out of survival mode. That, and also then you might be prone to binge eating. My opinion is to remain at 1200 but add in exercise...enough to make you sweat a…

Oh I will definitely not let food rule my time but I really do want to stay on plan as much as I can....

Weight Watchers was great for me about 10 years or so ago. I lost about 50 lbs but then of course it creeped back on. I just found too much focus on food. What is good, what is bad. If I lost at that week's weigh in they said "Good girl" and if I didn't, I felt 'bad'. I find with MFP it's more holistic. Yes I am staying…

I have had my fitbit HR now for about 3 weeks and I LOVE it! My cousins do too and we are on weekly and weekend challenges. It's fun competition to get us moving, but we don't take it too seriously. Really, it's got us all being more active which is the point! I do recommend it, hands down. Or is it hands up? Maybe that'll…

Following! I've been considering this as well....

Thank you both!!

Caffeine helps get me going in the morning. I try and eat healthy and take multi vitamins, iron and a krill oil for omegas. If you are eating healthy and enough calories, then I would just listen to the body. If it is tired and needs a rest, let it rest. Make sure you're getting enough exercise but at the same time not…

I've read an article somewhere that fat accumulation in the stomach area can be due to stress. Can you add in some calming/balancing practices - like yoga and/or meditation? Otherwise, I would say what you are doing now is good....continue along with your diet ensuring it's as clean as possible (but do add in the…

I'd love to join this group but I can't find it. Can you invite me? Thanks!!
