Mine's not synced for quite some time. Gave up un/re-connecting and use my phone for logging steps into mfp now. Not happy.

I have had this problem ongoing and have ininstalled, reinstalled countless times. Very frustrating! Using my phone steps for now until issue is fixed!

I'm in week 5, day 1! I took some time off to have some health concerns addressed but got the ok, and am back at it! I'm taking this as slow as I need to but LOVE jogging. I have a couple of 5K's this summer I'm training for. Feel free to add me!

I only log losses here on MFP but I use Happy Scale and log into that each day to track the fluctuations! I weigh each am, before I shower (no clothes).

Personally I allow myself to have the odd guilt free treat. I just excuse e it as a mental-health treat. Makes me feel sane and normal ... that I can dip my foot outside of this circle of structure and control and not turn to dust. I make sure it's occassional though - but entirely guiltless!

I'd start off with some fresh fruit before your class (as much as you can tolerate) but then after have a nice big salad with some chicken and maybe some fat like avocado, nuts and a nice dressing.

I'm often all over the place - zig/zagging my calories or maybe changing up my daily macros BUT I'm back to keeping it simple with my caloric deficit, (exercise) and being sensible with choosing healthy foods and occasional yummy treats that I also track for. I love planning ahead for my meals and snacks.

I was having a concern over a steadily declining resting heart rate but now that I've got the ok to resume from my doctor I'm back! I have started a home lifting program with weights. I'm lifting as heavy as I can to finish to 8 reps each set. While it may not be heavy to some, for me it's a challenge.
