I'm relatively new to yoga and wondered everyone's opinions on the best yoga programs?!

    The Gaiam yoga studio app is GREAT, totally worth the $3... do yourself a favor and download.

    You should also go to a few Beginners Yoga classes at a studio if you can to learn proper form and breathing techniques.
