Going to be 53 need to lose 15 more pounds and start going to the gym like I did 10 years ago. After seeing a couple of my relative close to my age have strokes and heart attacks, it figured it's time to start getting in better shape. Please count me in and add me as your friend

I will start going after work. The gym opens at 6 and I start work at 6, so I been coming in earlier to work to get some walking in. But I know I have to start lifting weights again
