You need to eat and drink lots of water since you've mentioned you are dehydrated. Postpone your zumba class. Your health comes first always.

You can do the math. 20lbs in a month = 5lbs per week loss and 3500 cal = 1lb. In a week you need to have a deficit of 17500cal(3500x5). How is that even possible? To answer your question, it is not safe to lose 20lbs in a month. And how on earth are you gonna lose 20lbs in a month? 0.5-2lb per week is safe and achievable.

Please don't eat less than 1200 calories. I believe you don't have a food scale. Get one and come back if the same problem happens.

First, great job on your weight loss. You seem active and young. 1200 cal/day is really low for an active woman. Try eating 1500 cal day as what they've suggested.

Drink lots of water. Do you feel hungry because you aren't eating? or Do you still feel hungry after you've eaten?

I have completely cut out sodas. It's been 5 months since I had them. I still eat processed foods tho I know too much of it is bad. It is important to know your limitations/ when to stop. It's really up to you. Do anything that works for you. Good luck!

My arms!! My body perfectly fits M shirts while my arms needs L size. So I have to buy L shirts all the time coz of my big arms.
