  • I anything you're going to the gym too often. Read the thread "suppose only 4 exercises are done" on bodybuilding dot con. If you squat and deadlift properly and do dips and pull-ups/ chin-ups, you won't be able to do them more than once every 5-7 days. The guy saying squat 2-3 times a week clearly isn't doing squats…
