It’s the newest program from Beach Body. It’s 80 days of new workouts and macronutrient based timed nutrition. It’s more intermediate/advanced so I would say it’s on the level of Insanity. You can start at any time on BeachBody on Demand. I love it so far!

I'm at 1620 and have lost 2 lbs so far in 2 weeks so I'm on track so far to lose 1 lb/week. Started my new journey for the new year. Goal is to lose 30. My diary is open! I exercise at least 4x per week. Anyone feel free to add :)

Everything in moderation :) Match each drink with the same amount of water and stay away from sugary drinks! Come this time of year I'm in the danger zone with all these delicious fall brews. Forget that I can save calories by choosing other options. Good luck!!

Ahh! I'm guilty of that too. I find that if I plan out my day better I won't stuff my face when I get home from work. Also more fiber for snacks. You got this!!!
