This may seem odd coming from the meat eater, I would suggest switching to green foods (cooked ie slightly sautéed) and healthy type fats. Such as avocado oil, olive oil and coconut oil. None…

if I could make a suggestion. For the team challenges could the announcement post be made on a Friday? That would give people all day Saturday to read it, find a partner, come up with a name, and be ready for start time Sunday.
