  • I have lost and gained many pounds in my lifelong attempts since teenage years. Now in my 50's i decided enough is enough. I hit my all time high in january . Started MFP feb 17. I luv that it is free. I can easily track so i know if i m overeating. 8 # down , with many more to go, but i am setting 30 lb goals at a time
