Great job, Brian! I've lost 1.8 in 4 days but haven't added exercise yet. I lost 50 lbs. 10 years ago by logging everything I ate.....it works!

This is me, too!! I've learned that denying myself just ticks me off! I love the suggestion of the Brookside candies and, I agree, Skinny Cow & the Jello pudding cups have saved me. I will sometimes snack on tootsie rolls too, they take longer to chew. :)

I'm on my fifth day and love this app! Have you used the bar code feature yet? That is an amazing time saver. I still have so much to learn but am enjoying exploring everything in my spare time. Best of luck to you!
