Hi Heybales, I manually log all strength and yoga. I had not confirmed the distance via treadmill but I did use my car to determine and it matched within .1 of a kilometer. I'm glad I'm not alone. It's ridiculous that I know this and have little self control. I never eat bread or pasta but it's when I'm baking! A lick, a spoonful of batter. If I can get it into the oven, I'm safe. But, raw batter is my killer!
