I'd rather have less of the "real" thing to be honest. Every healthy version I've tried just somehow doesn't measure up to the draw of real butter and sugar. Hmmm, imagine that!

Wow, I feel SO much better after reading this post!!!! But I weigh the spoon FIRST so I don't eat over the amount that I've already logged and can "afford".

Accountability does start with one's self. I agree rides4sanity. But, the reality is, I know I'm better at staying accountable to myself if someone has my back and stays real with me.
