I tried Doing insanity and it was exactly that, insanity! I started doing turbofire right after and thought that program was amazing! But you can definitely see more definition in your back as well! Job well done!

Also when I went into Forever 21 to treat myself to a new piece of clothing, I walked out empty handed and so embarrassed. My husband was with me and he was like, what?!? Why aren't you getting anything?! I was so humiliated.

I am right there with you. I have a very addictive personality and I've binged on food quite often. Mostly at night. One time is not going to hurt you. You haven't ruined things. Just enjoy your impromptu splurge and do better tomorrow.
