Before I started the program I knew that I was eating pretty healthy but I did not realize how much sugar I consume on a daily basis. I don't necessarily have any specific websites that I go to for new, healthy recipes. I like to eat out at vegetarian and vegan friendly cafes/restaurants and if I really like something, I will re-create it at home to eat!

I try to not eat out (pack my lunch instead) and avoid soda.

I work out at LA Fitness 3-4 days a week to do cardio and strength training.
