  • That sucks! Do you also use their post workout? I have been thoroughly happy with Liporidex pre so I think when I am ready to buy again I will get the post. I have been going harder the past couple weeks, but I get so freakin sore that it makes it hard to get back at it day after day.
  • Yes I have and I am 100% satisfied with it! I notice a great boost of energy with no crash. What I have noticed the most is that I am able to push myself harder than I was before. Even the people at the gym have noticed the difference in my weights. I workout at night and it doesn't keep me up, which has always been the…
  • Awesome! I'm going to have to give it a try. Thank you! I will let you know once I try it for the first time!
  • I have tried that and still do sometimes. I doubt your workout is wasted, while fasting you are losing fat, you are also working your muscles so by the time you can eat then you will either grow or at least be toned, it will just take some time. Keep it up.
  • That is true, if you go crazy with abs workouts you will have hard rock abs pushing your belly fat up and making it more noticeable. Diet is the key for flat belly.
  • For now I just find ways to make me workout, like getting off one stop before, using the stairs instead of the elevator, walking as much as possible and when playing videogames or watching tv i do push-ups or squats when the game is loading or there is commercials on tv. Other than that is to pretty much schedule it.
  • My favorite workout son so far is "Cherry Bomb" by the runaways, running, gym or working out at home, i always go full volume and at max whenever that song comes up.
  • I haven't been running for a while but I remember i used to have pain on the shin and a sharp pain one one of my lower sides. I haven't been running much lately because of the snow and cold but after reading the first post and looking st some photos I feel like running again. Also I like light running shoes and running on…
  • Liporidex Pre/t sounds pretty good. I currently don't use a pre workout, but I have tried numerous in the past. I need something that I can drink at night that won't keep me up. I usually workout around 630-730 and need that extra push, but don't want to not be able to sleep either.
  • It's different for everyone but generally it takes about a month or few weeks in you go to the gym. If you can see the difference on the scale and not in the mirror then the solution is to stop checking daily. You might not notice it now, but others probably can tell as they don't see you as often.
  • Slow and steady wins the race. Consistency is the key, as others have said, don't starve yourself, find a diet and workout regime that works and stick to it.
  • Male here but feel free to add me if you like. It is a good idea to build a circle here to help stay on track.
  • Well, I'll add you. I don't bother myself with updating my info here as only me checks it out but if you are also goign tobe more active then lets work together.
  • Well I first is the time you have been working out, it takes a few weeks for changes to be shown, weight alone is not the best way, you could lose fat, and gain muscle, the weight could stay the same but the composition be different. I have in some cases increased in weight, not due to fat but muscle.
