Hey everybody. My goal is to lower my body fat percentage and get as fit as I can before I leave for boot camp in September. I always work harder when part of a group and am definitely excited to try out being a part of this challenge.

A year ago I couldn't even walk 10 blocks without getting shin splints due to weight, but now I'm a poolee training to go to boot camp and just beat all my records this month at our monthly strength test and I actually feel proud of myself and my performance for once.
