I'm trying to figure out the same thing. Based on what I'm reading, you're not supposed to "log" your exercise using your fitbit device, just input your start time and duration on myfitnesspal so it can grab the data from fitbit. I haven't tried to see if that works yet, but my problem is I really like how the fitbit app…
