  • Returning to running after a short break (um, well okay...ten year break). Doing C25K and my 5k is 9/20. So my goal for the month is to complete the 5K and then proceed to the next goal...training for a half marathon. With perhaps not so long a break as last time. Good luck to all on your goals!

  • Hello! I'm 38 yo mom looking to lose just a few but basically just looking to be healthier. Training for 5k and hopefully half marathon after that.
