  • Thanks. Unfortunately the gyms use those handheld body fat readers. The only place in Alaska that has a bod pod is the college and isn't open to the public. I believe the hospital does a DEXA scan but it requires a doctors note and is pretty expensive.
  • I second Isopure. Tastes great, low carb, quality.
  • Feel free to add me. We could all use the motivation. I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs by the end of the summer. Ideally I'd keep most of my lean mass. I try to lift 4 times a week and run 3 times a week. Its much easier for me to get to the gym and lift. I tend to talk myself out of the cardio though.
  • If you are feeling your trousers getting loose that's progress. Nobody knows the weight on the scale but you. The real progress is how you look and feel.
  • Done, minus the ice. I'd much rather have room temperature water. I've been trying to cut back on my morning coffee, and soda during the day and replacing it with more water.
  • I'm 5'5" and 156. I'm trying to lose 10-15 lbs by the end of summer. Probably 10, because I'm in denial about how much my ideal weight should be. I just started and don't have any friends on here yet. Please feel free to add me.
  • Dumbbell chest fly's are the best! But BB benchpress is a close second. I used to really hate chest day but now I love it.
