I refused to weigh myself for about 6 months. As my pants kept getting tighter I told myself I was just gaining muscle (i know...i know). Finally got on it and found out I was 10 lbs heavier than I'd ever been, including my pregnancy weights. Now I weigh (several times) each day. Weighing and tracking, I realize now, are…

Feel free to add me. I've been trying to be consistent with logging in everyday. Would love the suppoort.

Please add me as well. I've been doing this for a little ove a year. I lift 4 times a week and just recently decided to add in some cardio. I'm nowhere near as stong as I'd like to be but I'm in love with the process.

We'll just have to hit the next few challenges extra hard. Glad everything is ok now.

i'm finishing up my first month shortly and I've only lost about 4-5 lbs. I'm not too far off from a maintenance weight though, so I expect it to go slowly.

That's a new one on me. Sometimes I love that we have so many ideas available to us, but sometimes....

Done. This one was fairly simple for me because I prefer the smaller dishes in general. I've convinced myself that it makes washing dishes easier because there is less to wash.

I supplement with creatine and bcaa's daily. If I don't hit my protein goal I will also supp in a protein shake. I feel like these are helping with the strength goal. The creatine helps your muscles hold water so the scale may go up a few lbs in water weight. Don't let that scare you though.

I know it's been beaten to death already. But screw the "rules" about what you should wear. The only rule is that if you like it wear it.

I had a horrible week. Went over my calories one day by nearly 1500. I refused to log it because of my shame. On top of that, it was mostly salty foods which made me retain water for several days. It appeared I'd put back on several pounds in one night. Accept that you've hit a bump. Start over. That's what I plan to do.…

Chaperoned a sleepover field trip where there was pizza, ice cream, sodas, and all sorts of goodies. Thought ahead and packed myself a solid lunch and dinner the night before and stuck with it.

I can't watch the videos right now but will watch them later. I'm intrigued by the idea. I'm sure lots of people will get inspired by this.

This. So much this. At first I had very little motivation and it took me several "i'm gonna start dieting next monday" moments to really begin. Now that I've begun, its very self-reinforcing. The better I look and feel the more I desire to look better and feel better (and ofcourse healthier).

I don't have any advice for you. Luckilly for me, I'm small enough in that department that any brand does the job. Good luck to ya.

I prefer the double dutch chocolate

I went over my calorie goal by 1000 calories today, and I'm STILL hungry

I'm 5'5" and currently 156 lbs. My goal is to lose 16 lbs. That would put me at 140 lbs, which seems like a lot I'm sure, but thats the weight where I feel good.

65, but i robbed myself. Set the timer for 1 minute, started jumping for about 20 seconds and realized I had set the timer for 1 hour and had to restart. Still proud of the number.

I think you can manipulate the settings to not add back in exercise calories. I log exercises most of the time and just ignore the additional calories it gives me which I know it overestimates.

I know everyone tells me I shouldn't and that its worse than normal soda but I drink diet mt. dews several times a week.
