Hello! This thread is giving me a lot of valuable info. I went to the doctor after a year of gaining 60 pounds very quickly. I knew that wasn't normal. This week's weight: 164 ... Lost 3 pounds. Yeah! I'm so excited because I did great all week but not so much this weekend. I'm glad I didn't completely sabotage myself!
