Hi! :) CW: 128 GW 123 Height: 5'4" Goal- stop binge eating! Or overeating or eating when I'm not actually hungry. I've been doing better with controlling my eating habits but they plunge every now and then. I am striving to eat as my body needs it, no more no less.
