Thank you . I know I can do it but I've lost a lot of confidence in those few pounds . It's crazy . I was so big for so long and yes I wasn't happy but I'm sure I felt better and happier than I do now . I'm going to put those jeans on same day every week , instead of scales , I'll use them to gauge my progress . Hopefully…

Thank you . I will most definitely address this immediately. Will make sure I stretch daily , I've found some you tube videos which were really useful . I know if I leave it it will just get worse and who knows in 20 years what I'll end up like ! Thank you Thank you . Great info and lots to be working towards .

I had squat pain caused by weak glutes. My physiotherapist gave me the following exercises to build up glute strength and help my hip pain . You can do it xxx Monica I know exactly what you mean I lost a lot of weight . I halved my size but I myself have put about the same on and it feels like it's wayyyyy more . On a mission now to get rid and feel great again . Funny how when I was so big another 10lbs didn't matter ! Best of luck x

Maybe buy yourself a kettle bell or aerobic step .. Plenty of free workouts on YouTube . Leave the housework or dishes. . They can wait 30 minutes . You don't need fancy equipment or workout videos . I know it's easier said than done but even if it's once or twice a week it's a start

I am 44 and would love to be able to lose 30lbs . No set goal time as I don't want to put too much pressure as I'll end up disappointed and turn to cake for solace ! As for the skin ... I have that too but I am trying to learn to accept it . I hate it. I wear underwear and clothes that help disguise what's real. Helps a little ...
