  • people find any reason to *kitten* ....and whine and complain... move on with it ! sweating and making improvements is why every one is in the gym and tbh I wear a sweat suit just to get extra sweaty! and if im making a mess whatever ill wipe of the machine....everyone should clean up after their self at least!
  • For me, I like social drinking....but when I am truely being on my game calorie counting I dont waste it on alcohol... I also am not the type to have one or two drinks more like 5-8 and get bombed...I dont have that tipsy filter so maybe thats my problem...but when I find my self drinking once a week like that I loose…

  • I love sweet potatoes chopped- tossed in coconut oil and jerk spice, with a pinch of stevia sprinkled all over....baked @ 400 for 30 mins or until tender.....AMAZING and full of vitamins! you can also do sweet potato skins - with greek yogart as sour cream and low fat cheese and a pinch of bacon bits for flavor
  • I have a huge problem with binge eating ..that was my weight problem (the root) I always felt hungry and never satisfied...so the way I help my self . I carry around a gallon of water walmart sells for $1 or dollar store $1..every day and make my self drink it...its hard to get that much down but if you do you will be less…

  • I use rolled oats, with water as directed, with half a banana chopped- cook on stove or microwave...as directed the banana gives the sweetness and the "buttery" feel which I love about oatmeal ..top with anything...SF chocolate syrup, nuts , fresh berries, peanut butter, Greek yogurt with extra banana..endless choices
