are you eating back 1/2 of your exersize calories? and drinking AT LEAST half of your body weight in ounces of water? Vinager and mustard and plain greek yogarts are all great bases for salad dressings, measure it you make it... for example yogart / garlic / a pinch salt/ mustard/ and a herb of choice its a great dressing... I always have fat and protien and veggie and to every meal nuts/ cheese/ egg or animal protien chicken ect..

I am a coffee lover, I can drink it black its not my favorite, I always drank it with sugar and creamer...since Lifestlye changes came in, I omit the sugar and just use non dairy creamer or almond milk and I LOVE CINNAMON in my coffee.

premake your food one day a week -beans / meats (if your into that) rice salads boil your self some eggs ...store them in your fridge so you have no ways to stray away from your diet- because of time or whatever... pinterest is really intresting for this- and slow cookers will be your bestfriend if you let it!
