What is the workout you like the most

i like walking and riding bikes it seems to make me feel better. I am looking for new workout any ideas?

    Boxing, lifting, in-line skating - those are my top three. Some days just a quick walk is also fine!

    I too was pretty much sticking to walking and stationary bike, but have added the rowing machine. Really like it!

    I'm a zumba addict, but I also like water aerobics and the Dance Central games on Kinect. Ooh, pilates are fun, too.

    I get bored easily so Mondays are boot camp, Tuesdays could be yogo or pickleball and linedancing Tuesday night, Wednesdays are core day, Thursday is running, Friday off, Saturday running and Sunday running...and I throw weights in 2 twice a week...keeping my body guessing.
