Not if you train consistently and push yourself...if you are a regular sedentary person the kidneys and body gets overworked...different for someone who trains or an athlete.

You absolutely need to rest...3 days on one day off...listen to your body...you can tell when you have more in the tank or if you're running on empty. If you always have more in the tank after a workout than you're not hitting it hard enough...but you must rest!
