Dear altered tummy: is it really necessary for me to try each bite as if it were an entirely new food that probably wont agree with you, resulting in the oh so desirable foamies; especially when you said yesterday that the same food was acceptable.

I had only minimal bruising at the incision sites. My whole lower abdomen bruised horribly from the blood thinner injections I had in the hospital. At 3 weeks post op, they are just starting to fade

Just under 3 weeks post op and nut. has set goal of 600-800 cals for this next month on pureed foods. I'm still lucky to hit 400 most days.

Musclegen starts as isolate but goes through another process. It's supposed to make it easier to digest and more of the protein is absorbed.

I'm using dymatize elite gourmet and dymatize Iso 100. Elite gourmet is pleasant tasting...140 calories per serving and NOT thick and gloopy like some I have tried. Its a blend of casein, whey protein and whey isolate. The Dymatize Iso 100 is artificially sweetened, and as such is sweeter tasting and only 100-110 calories.…
