i thank everybody for not making fun of me.. by looking at responses i should average about 100-110 a shoot which i will take into consideration and adjust accordingly thank you for the advice and thank u for the site it has helped me alot and from now on i wont ask or contribute unless im completely sober .....thanks…

i guess looking at the posts above ive been talking(posting) or communicating with myself more reason i guess to not drink 3/4 of a 750ml bottle of rum at one setting ...ban me if you must but my original post is accurate and four post later my weight lost is due to what i read here in various posts and i thank this…
