As i get closer to my goal it seems to get harder and harder but I cannot give up and slack off anymore. I start doing great and then get discouraged. This community is really great and helps me stay focused and inspired so I too can some day inspire as well

There could be something that is going on. You can go to a doctor and get some tests and blood work done. Also how are you checking your calorie burn? You have to check your bmr and maybe subtract from your overall calorie burn. Then from there you can calculate the calories you are consuming. Sometimes if you don’t…

It will definitely work! Consistency is key. I been there before as well. MyFitnessPal has helped me before and when I stop being on top of it I end up having to start over again. What matters is that we are here again! Let's do this!!!
