I'm taking it, but not a big fan. However, I stopped taking it and immediately hit a plateau in my weight loss. I don't know if the two things are related, but I think they might be.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good food scale? And, does anyone here do food prep for the week? It sounds good to me, but sounds kind of boring eating the same thing every day. Thoughts? KimK in GA
