I try to rotate different foods for breakfast. Today was cream of wheat w a half scoop of vital proteins collagen Chocolate, w a dab of fat free milk and Stevia. Pumpkin spice coffee w the remaining vital proteins, stevia and fat free milk. Usually have a half banana, but my banana got super dark by the time I got to work😢
