I spend ages in the gym and in my head I need to know that I've burned cals so when I get home and log ALL of my excersise it tells me I've only burned 200 cals,but I've worked out how to do it now so feeling positive today :-)

Hi all I've just started on myfitnesspal I'm going to the gym for an hour or so daily,and have gone from zero activity. I'm finding the change of lifestyle quite a challenge and have quite a bit of fat to lose.anyone out there in a simalar situation? Anyone have any motivating tips? I'm doing a 1,700 cal day at the moment…
