In my opinion I think you might be doing a little too much steady state cardio. Try mixing it up. Do some type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 2 or 3 times a week for 12 to 15 minutes. Try to do you steady state cardio after lifting weights so you get more out of your weightlifting.

Lifting 5 days a week. Throw some hiit session about 2 days a week, low intensity fasted cardio twice a week and just making smart choices with food. Staying under my calorie goal. Macros posted above.

Determine your "maintenance calories" and shoot for 500 over daily. Do 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, 30% of your calories from fat and the rest of your calories come from carbs. NOTE: 1g of carbs = 4 calories 1g of protein = 4 calories 1g of fat = 9 calories YES WEIGHT TRAINING IS A MUST.
