All the suggestion's of foods is so not the food's I am used to eating! Ha! But I guess if I truly want to do this diet I am gonna have to change the thing's I eat. Yes true but I don't think that is healthy either feeling hungry still. That is your bodies way of telling you it's missing something and needs to eat a bit more. You are supposed to feel satisfied. Not too full and not too hungry either.

1490 calories a day is my target. I did just start exercising at the gym recently and been going every other day just for a week now. I feel the same way. Started calorie diet and when reaching goal that day I still feel hungry!! I need idea of foods that will fill me up but still be low in calories!

Thanks guy's. It is already tough. Especially since quitting smoking. Quitting make's you want to pick up another habit like eat more but I am on the diet so that doesn't help. Ha! My kids are my most motivation! Trying to beat this Fibromyalgia also!
