Avocado Pasta is pretty simple. 1-2 ripe avocados, about 1 tbsp of lime, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, salt + pepper, and wheat pasta. Just cook the pasta, mash up the avocado and mix it with the other ingredients. You can also cook up some chicken for some added protein. Tastes great but the only thing is you can't save it…

I like to slice them on a mandolin, so they are like chips. Then either put cinnamon and a little bit of sugar or salt and pepper. Then put it in the oven until crispy.

I love chicken + broccoli stir fry with brown rice. Tastes great with a little bit of soy sauce.

I like eating carrots with peanut butter (or without) and cheese sticks. For meals I usually have salads with the dressing on the side to control it a little better and chicken for protein which fills you up.
