I too struggle with being on the go mom, tired when I get home to make something. I found more protein in your "snacks' the fuller I feel so I don't get the cravings. I have issues with thyroid which throw my metabolism off. I too run out of ideas and get sick of eating the same snacks all the time. Ideas are great!

Going to be 37 here and feeling it! Need to lose 40 pounds just cause I want to be healthy for my family and want to look decent at the river. Lost 4% of my body fat with kick boxing, but couldn't do this due to shoulder injury, but can now and have gained all that back, so need a kick in the pants to get motivated again!
