This time last year I was 126 lbs heavier, no motivation, no exercising and no fun. Now exercise daily, eat healthier and have 18 lbs to lose. I have been on MFP just under 9 months and plan on losing the rest before New year. Congrats to everyone!!

Getting the right frame of mind is what I believe to be the biggest challenge you will have. Sounds like you have that one conquered Calorie counting and exercise will help in making you succeed in your next steps to weight loss. Wish you the best!!

I'm not the best typist in the world so I'll try to make this short and sweet. Since I've started my weight loss journey I have stuck to my calorie count whatever my fitness pal gave me and I worked out every night for the 8 1/2 months. I try to eat healthy, change my bad behaviors and just set a obtainable goal each month…

Thought of the day: live life to it's fullest and don't let anyone or anything hold you back.

Tried using workout videos at home instead of a 2 1/2 hour trip to the gym. Spend an hour working out in front of your TV. That will give you an extra hour and half to do whatever you need to do instead of riding the train. Then when you do have a chance go to the gym and get a better workout. At least you're doing…

I started out weighing 324 lbs eight months ago and now I weigh 208 lbs. if I can do it so can you. Just stay focus, motivated sand exercise. The weight will come off.

Thank you. I feel a whe lot better and lots more energy. Went from size 46 to size 34 in jeans. It is so amazing how people treat you differently with the extra weight gone. I wish both of you the best on your goals.

Thank you to everyone. I just watch the quanties of foods I eat, try to eat somewhat healthy and I don't eat after 7:30 pm. I work out everyday between 45 and 60 minutes on my Cybex. I set aside "ME" time every night to work out. Everyone is always busy working, school activities, family or something but you need your"ME"…
