I do experience some fatigue the day of and for a couple of days after. I donate pretty much every 8 weeks, like clockwork. I eat a little more, drink a little more, and forgive myself for lousy workouts (I don't work out the day of, but I start the next day, and almost never do very well). You won't lose progress by…

If that's all that's in the diet, it seems lacking in nutrition.

Unless the surgeon removed substantially less stomach than they were supposed to, the limited loss you experienced was not a failure of the surgery. You should probably find yourself a new bariatric specialist and get back to the basics. You need to re-train yourself on how to use the surgery the way it was meant to be…

Maybe I'm just lucky that when I started on MFP, I wasn't even that serious about losing weight, so it didn't matter how long it took. I'm on day 1038 and down 110+ lbs. I believe I actually hit the 110 mark on day 925. Everyone wants to do it fast, but fast losses rarely stick. Slow progress is progress. It's the best…

I'm currently seeking volunteers to tighten my buttocks.

If you don't have a real reason to cut it out (medical, ethical, doesn't fit your preferences) then don't. It's got all kinds of good stuff in it.

My favorite one is kinda racist. The punchline is the name of a Native American tribe. I mean, it's not an actual attack on them. Just a play on words. I still feel dirty when I laugh at it, though.

I got Sharkk 2o earbuds. They're water resistant. They work fine. A little shifty (do they even make things to fit women and our tiny heads?) but all-in-all, no real complaints. I got them from Walmart.com for under $30). My sister recommended them to me and I don't hate her yet.

100% would try. I want to try all the meats. Well, most meats.

Hi! Not sure what you are asking, but let me take a shot at it. Does MyFitnessPal work? I have found it to be the best tool for the job. However, a tool can only be effective if the operator takes the time to learn how it works, and puts it to good use. Did your forum post work? If you meant to start a new discussion, then…

I'm imagining kissing a guy after a day of hydrating with fat water. Him: "Um....you have pork fried rice for lunch?"

I don't know what you're talking about. I have so much to discuss. For instance, I made baked beans today. Also on Sunday. And that's like my whole week so far.

Adding malt loaf to my list of exotic foods to try.

I feel like fat water would give me greasy lips, and the most insane diarrhea. Won't know til I try, though.

They were pretty neat in that limited edition Ben & Jerry's flavor that made all the soccer moms mad. Not gooey. Not even a little.

And here I'm thinking "*kitten*, meat is meat."

So, the ads from Rebel Creamery are back in my facebook feed. They're still using "fat-burning" in their marketing so I just reported it as a scam. Anyway, if you're interested, the kickstarter is up and they're taking pre-orders. :unamused:

I think you read that in the wrong tone.

I just started using it, and I don't trust those calories at all. I'll get into some of my running calories (MapMyRun ) if I need them, but I'm not bothering with 8fit calories.

Poor Lemmiwinks. :frowning:

I've never discussed it with anyone unless they ask about my weight loss first, except in the very beginning when I was visibly excited to have fun sized Butterfingers on my desk at work and got some funny looks. They didn't seem to care beyond that. Otherwise, I don't see the point in talking about it at all.

Anyone else feel like they're imprinting on Aaron like a baby duck?
