Your recruiting office should have a weekly pt and should be set up that if you pass pt requirements you move up a rank, more money should get you motivated, ask your recruiting PO, good luck

Yes you can do it, as for eating I would suggest shakeology if you dont cook and need meal replacements, the vegan ones are pretty good, as for cooking I may be able to help a little just ask if you have questions

That should be easy, I can try to motivate as much as I can, just remeber its all about you and only you can make this happen, so everytime you get up look at yourself and tell yourself it can be done and tell yourself that your are not here to achieve your goals you are here to exceed them

Also if you are working out more you may have hit a plateau, it is common and don't feel like you are not accomplishing anything, your body will hit this and even though you are getting fit you are replacing fat with lean muscle, try getting measurements and see if you see progress there it may help motivate you to keep it…
