Calories aren't the only thing you should focus on if you're wanting to be healthy. Soda in general is awful for you diet or otherwise. Sugar..fake sugar...carbohydrates.. It's all not good for you. But we all have vices. I sneak oreos here and there

I know it's not the greatest but I use light sour cream. I HATE mayo. Mashed avocado is another daily go to for me also

At first I'm not going to lie, I thought it was a bit excessive. But now I actually really enjoy it! Holds me even more accountable. My logs are more accurate and when I create recipes I can make the serving count as accurate as possible. I love it!

My favorite daily smoothie is a huge handful of spinach, half cup plain Greek yogurt, half a banana, half cup of frozen mango, peaches, strawberries and papaya with a cup of almond milk and a half cup of simply orange. Comes out delicious and nutrient packed! About 200 calories for a natural boost!
