The indoor bike is my main form of exercise. I usually do 30 minutes a day on the highest resistance setting. I have lost 76 lbs to date and a lot of inches. I'm sure the bike had a part to play in that.

I have hypothyroidism. I take 175g levothyroxine each night before sleeping. My throid levels are now stabalised and i'm losing weight like anyone else.

I'm a 38 JJ! Any reduction in that area would be a huge relief, although I was a DD at the age of 12 so i'm not holding out much hope.

I walk my two at least an hour everyday, sometimes more. I love my dogs to death :)

I am 5'5". This time last year I weighed 297 lbs too. I am now at 224. You can do this :) Slow and steady is the way to go. Eat a good balanced diet, don't go over your calorie budget and build your fitness up gradually.
