  • SW 14 st 2lbs GW 10st 10lbs It’s taken me 18 months to put it all on… but if I can maintain a 2lb loss I could be back to my goal at the start of the summer holidays! I’m logging food, aiming for 10k steps a day and doing intermittent fasting for the first time to see if that will shake things up!
