  • My daily goal is to burn between 1300 to 1500 calories a day from exercise on top of the calories my body burns to function. While doing this I also set my calorie goal to be right at 750 calories less than I burn. My starting weight was 170.2 three weeks ago, current weight is 161.2 and goal weight is 130.   • I'm a day behind you on the challenge but I just completed day 2. Day 1 was hard and I couldn't keep up, had to stop for water twice. Today I was able to keep up but barely and only had to stop for water once but it was while changing exercises so I didn't miss anything.
