Thanks, I really appreciate the tips and support, that is my main thing, portion control, I know my portions are probably bigger than they should be but I have myself in a comfort eating rut to help cope with the stress. By seeing that everyone else is succeeding will hopefully spur me on :)

Same here, I found WW worked better for me than SW but its the cost and having the time to attend meetings. I have finally bought myself some scales so I can stop being ignorant to the fact that I am actually putting on weight and the older I'm getting the eaiser it stays on. Thanks, like you say it does help to read everyone else's progress and stories. I used MFP before but I didn't use the community, I think knowing you're not alone will help greatly :)
