Most certainly. Working on some skills I feel Im weak. First aid/Trauma response. Security, Coms, Self sustainability I feel pretty prepared. Food Preservation skills I wish I knew more primitive methods on a few things. I think Ill manage just fine. Biggest issue will be keeping others away from what you have .

*raises hand* I used to have a good handle on it. When Id get upset or angry Id leave and go workout. Now my upset angry binges are back and I solve my problems with Large Caloric Consumption. Feeling full makes me feel better albeit temporarily

I have 4 hives and a Nuc Split this year... My plan was to get a single hive. Now Im collecting swarms and doing a trapout on a friends home. Sadly Ive become more addicted to their incredible beehavior and fascinating daily activities.

but is that accurate? Its the hard part for me about how to eat when strength training. If I cant track or know what I burn how can I be above/below maintenance.

RePlan, RePlace, ReWire.... You have to do this. First RePlan..you need to plan ahead so if you do need to EAT you EAT smarter than before. Make sure you plan to eat an hour before you get home. you know that's a guaranteed binge time so beat it. Specifically have on hand what you PLAN to binge on. Berries, Carrots, Nuts,…
