This sounds like an excellent idea and exactly what I need with 60lbs to lose. I hope you still have space for a wee one! :) I'd be the worst motivator tbh because I give up too easily and would end up falling for sob stories and letting group members away with murder! I'd much rather be a group member being motivated…
