That sounds like a great plan. I've just started too and trying to make small changes bit by bit. I find logging my food and exercise massively helpful though! Good luck!!

Me too! Hopefully we can help each other. I'm taking my goals one step at a time, 2kg per month. I'm hoping this slower, steadier approach will be more effective than my previous attempts!
